God says NO too

“God has His eyes set on one thing – for you to get the best. Wait a little more and
you’d discover why He turned down your request.” – Pastor Ru dela Torre
For I know the plans I have for you, ‘declares the Lord,’ plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’” – Jeremiah 29:11
When God says NO, just trust His perfect will and let Him take the wheel.

The Harmony of God’s Voice

“Lead me, O Lord…Make Your way straight before my face.” – Ps 5:8 NKJV
“God’s voice will always be in harmony with itself, regardless of how many ways He may speak. The voices may be many, the message can be but one. If God tells me in one voice to do, or leave undone anything, He cannot possibly tell me the opposite in another voice… Therefore, my rule for distinguishing the voice of God would be to bring it to the test of this harmony.” – Hannah Whitall Smith

More than words

If we intentionally fill our hearts with love and respect, it overflows into our speech.” – Mandy Houk
“Whatever is in your heart determines what you say.”- Matthew 12:34 NLT
Your words set the tone in your relationships. So, digest God’s Word first.

The Limitation of Perfectionism

“Perfectionists see opportunities to perform as opportunities to fail. So even when they do reach their goal, there’s no sense of accomplishment. No one will ever attain perfection. We’re all imperfect. Get used to it.”
“Even perfection has its limits.” – Psalm 119:96 NLT
“Flaws and imperfection determine your uniqueness. Relish them. Embrace them. You’re human.
God made you that way.”

Mirrored Grace

“I rejected the church for a time because I found so little grace there.I returned because I found grace nowhere else.”

He Started It

Man is not made godly because he chose to love God.

Man can be made godly because God loved him first.

Hymns from the Dungeon

Hope-bound faith is when you boast of what God can do

even if the world’s been throwing its bombs at you.
