The feeling of being pushed on the brink of losing yourself and
just when you were about to grope your way out of the darkness
to start gasping for air to breathe afresh survival,
a scheming reality choked you.
That you are surrounded yet alone;
Needed but needing;
Moving but drowning;
Living yet dying.
Hopelessly hopeful.
Quitting…

…and with a fervid desire to feed the pain for mundane gain, you succumb to giving up.
Yet all of a sudden, the churning within calms as the Comforter comes, saying…
“Don’t be afraid, I’ve redeemed you.
I’ve called your name.
You’re mine.
When you’re in over your head, I’ll be there with you.
When you’re in rough waters, you will not go down…
Because I am God, your personal God,…your Savior.
.
…That’s how much you mean to me!
That’s how much I love you!“
— GOD (Isaiah 43:1-4, The Message)
Strive thriving in living and loving HIM.

“God has trusted each of us with our own set of unfair circumstances and unexplained experiences to deal with. Can we still trust in Him even if He never tells us why?”

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart;
do not depend on your own understanding.
Seek his will in all you do,
and he will show you which path to take.”
— Proverbs 3:5-6, NLT
“The secret to responsible trust is acceptance. Acceptance is taking from God’s hand absolutely anything He gives, looking into His face in trust and thanksgiving, knowing that the confinement of the hedge we’re in is good and for His glory.”

When you ask God to give you what you want and He grants it,
Do you worship and give your fulfilled desire back to Him?
When you ask God to give you what you want and He doesn’t grant it,
Do you still worship Him, knowing He has something greater in store for you?

When we acknowledge our incapabilities and depend on God, we give God a platform to work through us.
He can use our incapable hands and our insufficient lives to accomplish things for His glory.
Let us depend on God and let His power run through us.
“Have you learned yet that your dependence on God – your manifest weakness, in fact – is an occasion for His glory? Let Him be honored in you. Learn Dependence.”
“…Apart from me you can do nothing.” – Jesus Christ
